Looks great. How do you create avatars for students and save a whole class group?
Welcome! Please share your Brainstorm Ideas for Using VoiceThread in the classroom!
I am really enjoying learning about this PiratePad to be used in the classroom. Thanks you for
I already used voicethread in my senior English class. I posted several interesting pictures to initiate a discussion around the theme of 'How do we learn who we really are'.
I love EtherPad/Pirate Pad! VoiceThread is great and very easy to use! Does anyone know how to use Flickr?
What if students within groups had the daily responsibility of checking each other's work and commenting prior to task being submitted? It would help students become peer reviewers and build an environment of helping each other. Also, rather than "define the bold typed terms" students could create VT with narration over images to help demonstrate that they truly understand rather than just copying a definition.
I am SO excited to use voicethread with my first graders and share it with my colleagues! PiratePad is also something new to me that's great!
I am keeping the time people :)
We are doing pretty well.
There are so many uses for this.
I cannot believe how easy this is to use - VoiceThread, that is! I know I can get my 4th graders into it. My district gave me an account almost 6 months ago but I haven't even touched it!
I am very excited to be using voicethread as well!!! I can't wait to see all of your own voicethreads! There are sooooo many ways this tool can be used, for projects, book reports, and so many more!
I am new to voicethread and hope to create one project for each grade (grades K-3) in the library in the fall.
Seems highly motivating for students. I see applications for students who avoid public speaking in class, for homebound students to present to class.
This is pretty spectacular. I have already thought of a bunch of ways I can use this, from book reviews to book report. I'm a librarian.
I'm interested in the analysis possibilities for students. Perhaps they would look at a product or process and share observations of how it could be done in different ways.
I just signed up for Voicethread. I'm excited about introducing it to my classroom.
